I’m really tempted to have some applesauce with Benefiber in it, to regulate my system. You know.
I’m not even really hungry though.
Dinner:
A side of potatoes.
A side of snap peas.
A turkey sandwich with lettuce and American cheese.
It is SO cold outside.
The weather is terrible.
May exercise in my room instead of going down to the gym.
Breakfast:
Strawberry banana yogurt.
One strawberry.
Some canalope. (Sp?)
Some honeydew.
A bottle of water.
So far, so good.
Like I said, I will follow any blog dedicated to the improvement of health/lives,
but I WILL NOT follow any pro ed blogs.
